Pharmacy Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow and positive patient experience.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage pharmacy systems, including patient and drug information processing.
- Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pharmacy manager to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of supplies.
- Participate in key store/pharmacy meetings, including 5-minute meetings and weekly check-ins with the Store Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
- One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
