Job Summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Range:
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
