Key Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of essential functions within the Human Resources department, including:

  1. Managing the onboarding process, which includes processing new hire documentation, conducting background checks, coordinating drug screenings, and completing I9/E-Verify procedures.
  2. Handling status changes, terminations, promotions, and other employment modifications while ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained prior to processing in the HRIS.
  3. Maintaining accurate licensure and certification records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards.
  4. Overseeing employee evaluations and ensuring personnel records are current and accurate.
  5. Supporting hospital recognition initiatives and addressing general HR inquiries from employees.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree is required, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  3. Prior experience in Human Resources is mandatory.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  5. A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is necessary.
