Safety Specialist

F.H. Paschen is seeking a skilled Safety Technician to monitor project sites and ensure construction project safety. This salaried position is a key role in maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Investigate accidents and property damage, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety protocols.
- Compile data and reports on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Completed OSHA 30 construction site safety training.
- Minimum 3 years of safety experience.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ability to analyze situations and recommend effective solutions.
- Safety certifications a plus: Fall Protection, Silica, Scaffold Awareness, etc.
