Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Jacksonville Convalescent Center - Renewal Rehab. As a PTA, you will play a crucial role in managing treatment plans to achieve positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

About the Job: This is a travel contract opportunity that offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team in an SNF setting. The therapist will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient. Schedule can vary between 8-10 hour shifts, spread across 4-5 days a week. A minimum of one year of recent experience in SNF is preferred.
