Job Summary:

As a Technical Support Representative at Permobil, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance in the areas of spare parts and accessories. You will serve as the primary customer contact, establishing trusted professional working relationships with our provider network, end-users, and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, fax, and email
Record customer contacts and other pertinent data into a management information system
Process phone, fax, and email orders and price quote requests for parts
Identify and resolve potential ordering problems and ensure timely and accurate product delivery and repair

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Thorough understanding of electro-mechanical devices and technical support practices
Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
Industry experience or experience within Permobil for at least 6 months
