Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular department, you will be responsible for preparing equipment and providing exceptional patient care during cardiovascular procedures.

About the Role

This role requires maintaining a sterile environment, assessing patient conditions, and collaborating with our team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists. You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
• Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Participate in staff orientation and training programs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A completed 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology, eligible and/or current RCIS.
• Previous procedural area experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS training within 6 months of hire.
