Patient Service Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely patient registration and billing services
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
