Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wellness programs, and driving member retention.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions and concerns.
- Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services and selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
- Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email.
- Uphold the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Protect our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or Administrative role.
- 1 year plus experience handling incoming calls from clients regarding services.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open schedule availability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
