Leasing Representative

FPI Management, Inc. is a leading property management company seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential clients to showcase the community's amenities and features.

• Maintain occupancy levels by exhibiting professional leasing techniques and promoting the community's benefits to potential residents.
• Assist with advertising and marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of rental applications and lease agreements.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management.
• A high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

The estimated salary for this position is $18-$19 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
