Job Overview

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to support our client's medical facility in Olympia, WA. This is a 5-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct Legal Blood Alcohol collections following proper protocols.
  • Evaluate specimen acceptability and ensure correct identification throughout the process.
  • Obtain blood specimens from indwelling lines using universal safety precautions.


Requirements:

  • In-patient experience and high-volume blood draw expertise.
  • ASCP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy, specimen collection, and processing.
  • Experience with EPIC and laboratory information systems.
