Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. As an LPN, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop plans of care that address these needs.
  • Provide hands-on nursing care to patients, including administering medications and performing treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a current LPN license in good standing, have experience working in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
