We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical facility.

Job Summary

The CT Technician I position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for operating Cat Scan equipment, positioning patients, and performing related duties under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate C.T. equipment to make radiographic scans of designated portions of the body
  • Adjust equipment and patient to correct positions for each examination
  • Instruct and explain procedures to patients
  • Select proper technical factors on an individual patient basis
  • Perform reconstruction and special processing of data
  • Evaluate completed radiographs/scans for positioning, technique, and adequacy of examination
Requirements
  • ARRT (R) certification
  • Texas Medical Board certification as Medical Radiologic Technologist
  • Current CPR certification
  • ARRT (CT) Credential (must acquire within 1 year)
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Associates degree in Radiologic Technology
