Business Development Representative

Antwerpen Toyota seeks a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers via phone and email to schedule appointments and build strong relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, scheduling appointments and maintaining customer relationships. You will also work closely with the Internet Sales Manager to turn online leads into sales and ensure seamless customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with potential customers via phone and email to schedule appointments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with the Internet Sales Manager to convert online leads into sales.
* Stay updated on automotive trends, product features and industry knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management, relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
