$123,456 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Emergency Room RN Manager ensures high-quality patient care through oversight of daily operations and staffing. This clinical leader will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, promoting quality and clinical outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of hire
  • 1-3 years of related clinical leadership experience preferred
