**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Bakersfield Dental Group and Orthodontics. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, supporting the success of our clinicians, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

**About the Role:**

  • Assist dentists with various procedures, including preparing patients for treatment and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with the front and back office teams to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control guidelines and ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.

**Requirements:**

  • Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration.
  • Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: As mandated by applicable state.
  • Specialty Dental Assistants must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance, or reliable means of alternate transportation.
