Homecare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team at ActiveCare Home Care. As a key member of our home care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care services to our clients.

Job Summary:

• Provide basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding to clients
• Assist clients with medical equipment and medication reminders
• Document care provided and communicate vital information through Clear Care
• Support clients in activities of daily living and provide emotional support

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a HHA/Caregiver in the home care sector
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
