The Opportunity

This role will involve working with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care to our geriatric patients. Our model focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the physical, mental, and social needs of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive base salary, with opportunities for annual quality incentives up to $15,000.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

Qualifications:
  • Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or the Texas State Medical Board.
  • A valid DEA license, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
