Automotive Finance and Insurance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance and Insurance Director to join our team at Planet Honda.
As an Automotive Finance and Insurance Director, you will be responsible for structuring deals that benefit both customers and the dealership, while ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers find the perfect financing option for their new car.
- Introduce customers to additional products that can enhance their car ownership experience and bring them peace of mind.
- Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that meet local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze deals and find ways to streamline the process for future customers.
You will work closely with the team to ensure all contracts are processed efficiently, getting customers on the road quickly.
Requirements:
- A college degree is a bonus, but strong experience in the dealership environment is just as valuable.
- You understand the ropes of dealership financing and insurance, making it easy to guide customers.
- You have a knack for structuring creative deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
- You're familiar with title laws and vehicle registration, ensuring a smooth process for everyone.
- You have a professional demeanor and can clearly explain complex financial concepts in a friendly and informative way.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
