Job Summary

Spark Talent Inc is seeking a skilled Gear Grinding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating precision gear grinding machines to grind master and precision gears.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up automatic dressing devices to dress wheels to specified profiles.
  • Operate precision gear grinding machines to grind master and precision gears.
  • Verify dimensions of ground workpieces for conformance to specifications.
  • Perform light machine maintenance, including checking oil and coolant levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of experience with gears and grinding tools.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Experience with using a variety of inspection tools.
