Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and skin care, to prevent breakdown.
  • Assist with ambulation and exercises according to the patient's plan of care.
  • Observe and report on the patient's overall condition, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Perform range of motion and other simple exercises as stated in the care plan, within the scope of your practice.
About You:
  • You're a licensed CNA in the Commonwealth of PA, with experience in electronic charting.
  • You have a valid PA driver's license and state-required auto insurance.
  • CPR certification is a must, and home health experience is a plus.
