Job Summary:

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Human Resources Director will play a critical role in shaping the company's HR strategy and implementing programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the achievement of its goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, employment, employee development, employee relations, and federal and state employment regulations.
  • Oversee the administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices within the assigned hospital(s).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR-related initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Three to five years related experience with progressive responsibilities within the human resource function required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification or equivalent preferred.
