About the Role

This role will be based in Norfolk, Virginia, and involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide dialysis care services at skilled nursing facilities. As a Dialysis Care Specialist, you will take responsibility for the ongoing care of each patient, ensuring their treatment stays on track. You will work closely with dialysis RNs to provide comprehensive care.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has prior Hemo-Dialysis experience, a valid Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct one-on-one patient care to ensure safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment
  • Work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional resources across the organization
  • Meet and/or exceed clinical outcomes while multitasking to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
