We are seeking a skilled Outside Rental Sales Specialist to join our team at Alta Enterprises. This role will involve developing and growing the rental market share in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rent heavy and compact construction, demolition, and paving equipment
  • Be job-site focused and promote our vast rental equipment lineup
  • Generate leads and utilize reports to drive rentals
  • Drive new business and increase market share
  • Turn in sales reports and collect money on past due rentals
  • Meet expected rental goals and communicate with management on demand in the market

Requirements:

  • Outstanding sales skills and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • CDL Class A is required
  • Safety awareness and knowledge of construction equipment, their application, and safety
