Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front End Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-end staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end, stockroom, and parking lot.
- Restock shelves, facing merchandise, and maintain visual displays to create an attractive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, meet labor productivity standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve overall store performance.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
