Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements
• Investigate and resolve any issues or deficiencies identified during inspections
• Ensure accurate tracking of employee hours and absence
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services to clients
• Manage and minimize overtime within the assigned region
• Be available for emergency situations and calls
• Monitor and improve the profitability of service locations within the assigned region

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams within the commercial cleaning industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including email, spreadsheets, and relevant software applications
