Job Description and Salary

We are seeking a talented Project Architect Director to join our team in Delta, CO. The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, consulting with clients on creation and presentation of interior design concepts and needs.
  • Define project requirements and develop design criteria, scheduling, estimates, budget, planning, drawings, models, images, material, etc.
  • Mentor, coach, develop, and promote long-term success, leading by example, building relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
  • 4 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Architectural license preferred (in the process of obtaining).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
  • Experience in Commercial, Educational, & or Multi-Family projects.
  • Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
  • Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
