Job Description

This role requires a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care in various settings, including adult and pediatric units. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a float pool environment, with flexibility to handle diverse patient populations and adapt to changing situations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Implement and coordinate patient care, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of treatments and procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Specialized certifications, such as ACLS and PALS, depending on unit assignment
