Arbor Homes, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Company, is seeking an Apprentice Plumber to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis. As one of the fastest-growing new home builders in the city, we prioritize customer service and quality.

The Role

We offer an hourly pay with time and a half after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours. Our comprehensive benefits package includes advancement opportunities, access to health and life insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, company discounts, and more.

Responsibilities

• Stocking trucks with materials and maintaining a clean work environment
• Loading and unloading jobs from the truck
• Installing sinks, toilets, tub trims, and water heaters
• Cleaning trash to dumpsters and testing homes
• Performing other tasks as determined by the journeyman crew leader

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform duties of the position
