Customer Success Director for Global Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Customer Success to join our team at Zenoti. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and satisfaction through effective consulting and professional services methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, delivering ROI to customers, and influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.

- Driving Customer Success Outcomes:
- Deliver measurable ROI to customers from our products.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Driving New Business Growth:
- Define and optimize the customer lifecycle.
- Map the customer journey.
- Develop listening points in the journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.).
- Standardize interventions for each point in the journey.
- Define segmentation of the customer base and varying strategies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Learn from best practices in the industry.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Enablement teams.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for customer success and a laser focus on providing customer value.
- Strong understanding of business and technology.
- Strong negotiation and consultative abilities.
- Ability to understand, articulate, and manage customer expectations.
- Experience dealing with complex accounts and building relationships at the C-level.
- Experience working with remote teams effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment.
- Informal and people-centric approach to work and getting things done.
- Able to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership.
- Operating with a global mindset and leading with an external perspective.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes (a plus).
- 10+ years of experience leading customer-oriented teams.
About the Role:
As a Senior Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for owning customer growth and delighting customers through their journey at Zenoti. You will enable customers to get their return on investment (ROI) on our products by adopting consulting and professional methodologies that are tailored to their business size, region, and vertical.
