Dialysis Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Therapist Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care.

This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality dialysis care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting or related facility and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients, adhering to organization policies, procedures, and training.
• Evaluate patient vascular access for patency and perform cannulation as delegated or allowed by state law.
• Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders, including blood flow and dialysate flow.
• Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy and intervene as prescribed or directed.
• Document all relevant information regarding vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient progress.

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $ $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
