Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining LMT's high quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all parts produced and shipped meet or exceed all quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform 1st Piece inspection to verify product quality
• Read and interpret specifications to ensure compliance
• Monitor production operations to ensure they meet quality standards
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process as needed
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Measure products with precision tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Accept or reject finished items based on quality standards
• Use proper scanning procedures for all products and ensure scanning accuracy
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discuss inspection results with production teams
• Report inspection and test data for quality analysis
• Utilize computer systems for inventory transactions, documentation, and communication

Requirements:
• 1 year of Quality Control experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of Manufacturing environment experience, or similar experience, preferably in Plastics
