Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Finish Carpenter to join our team at Nationwide Fixture Installations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fixtures, casework, and millwork in commercial and retail environments.

With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will manage various crew sizes, receive, stage, and manage large inventories of millwork and fixture parts, and establish layouts for millwork, fixtures, and other elements.

You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with project managers, onsite contractors, and clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, you must possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to job site safety, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of fixtures, casework, and millwork in commercial and retail environments
  • Manage various crew sizes and coordinate logistics
  • Receive, stage, and manage large inventories of millwork and fixture parts
  • Establish layouts for millwork, fixtures, and other elements
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, onsite contractors, and clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finish carpentry or related field
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification, Forklift, aerial lift training (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong working knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
