If so, we invite you to join our team as a Night Auditor at Benchmark Hawks Cay Resort.

Your Role:
  • Provide warm and welcoming experiences for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and WOW guests through recovery when things aren't quite right.
  • Stay up-to-date on all emergency procedures and policies, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
