About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Sidekick Therapy Partners. As an SLP, you will work closely with children in schools, providing one-on-one therapy sessions without the administrative burden of IEP meetings. Our caseload average is 35 students, ensuring that you have a manageable and fulfilling workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized speech therapy services to students in school settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification as an ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
  • Eligibility for employment in Tennessee.
