Salary Range: $107,097 - $113,047 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our OBGYN Generalist Division team. As an NP, you will work closely with patients, attending physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support throughout their health journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, complete physical examinations, and collect clinical data to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Order and interpret medical laboratory test results, administer medications or treatments, and perform minor surgery as needed.
- Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology to develop effective treatment plans and educate patients on self-care and disease management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, manage patient flow, and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification upon hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
