About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the development, integration, and execution of command and control (C2) systems across ground and maritime platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sensors, networking, and C2 technologies, operational requirements for ground and maritime domains, and the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex solutions to our defense clients.

This role is instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence in all C2-related programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for sensor, networking, and C2 programs related to ground and maritime systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, testing, and deployment of C2 solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key defense customers, ensuring strong relationships and understanding of their operational needs and evolving mission requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in sensor, networking, and C2 systems, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies such as data fusion, real-time decision support, and networked communications across ground and maritime environments.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify and capture new business opportunities, especially in expanding the company's footprint in sensor, networking, and C2 for ground and maritime applications.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sensor, networking, and C2 systems development, with a focus on ground and/or maritime applications.
  • Leadership experience in managing complex defense programs is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of sensor, networking, and command and control systems, military operational concepts for ground and maritime domains, and systems integration processes.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a strong track record of delivering successful defense-related programs.
  • Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
