Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medication Technician (CNA) to join our team on a part-time, evening basis. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe administration of medications to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their treatment plans and medical orders.">
  • Take medication orders, document them accurately, order medications, receive and store medications, and administer them as required.">
  • Perform good nursing practices, including taking vital signs, administering enemas and suppositories, and providing exceptional care to residents.">
  • Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff by adhering to universal precautions and hazardous chemical procedures.">
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and accurate medication orders.">
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to doctors, families, and management promptly.">

      • Certified Nurse's Aide certification or completion of the 75-hour course and the company's Medication Administration course.">
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly or at least ten times per shift.">

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
