Job Title: School Counselor

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced School Counselor to join our team. As a School Counselor, you will work with students, parents, and teachers to provide guidance and support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to help them overcome personal and academic challenges.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans to support students in times of need.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions.
  • Provide guidance and support to parents and guardians to help them support their child's academic and personal growth.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in school counseling.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field.
  • Valid teaching certification or license.
  • 3+ years of experience as a School Counselor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
