About the Role

HANSON is expanding its team and seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be the bridge between our company and our customers, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our public relations department to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in sales software.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and coachability.
  • Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality with an upbeat attitude.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
