Job Summary:The Front of House Team Member is responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience at our burger bar. This includes greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers, take their food and beverage orders, and ring orders into the register.
  • Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Provide information to help guests make informed food and beverage selections.
  • Presents ordered choices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of restaurant experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and smiling face required at all times
  • Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
