Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director for Intervential Urology at Coloplast is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the urology market and the ability to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed organizational key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet sales targets and exceed organizational KPIs.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with a deep understanding of the urology market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the urology market.
- 3+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the urology market and the ability to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed organizational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel, including overnight and international trips, up to 50-75% of the time.
