Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Lead to join our Customer Care Center team at STRIDE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient service, leading training initiatives, and driving quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily workflows and ensure seamless execution of customer service operations
- Conduct monthly call audits and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff, focusing on customer service skills and quality improvement
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Center management team to drive business objectives and improve patient satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze reporting tools to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to interact positively with patients, coworkers, and external contacts, with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office products and Electronic Medical Records software
