Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled bartender to join our team at the Corinthian Yacht Club Of Cape May. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests
- Develop and implement creative drink menus and promotions to drive sales and increase member engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality experiences for all patrons

Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a bartender or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixology techniques, including ingredient preparation, garnishing, and presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Estimated Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per year
