Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment and Employee Experience Manager to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. This role involves collaboration with the HR Director, supporting various HR functions, and contributing to the firm's operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee and coordinate training programs for attorneys, tax consultants, and staff.
  • Facilitate seamless new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and provide guidance to employees on available plans and resources.
  • Process and maintain accurate employee tax and payroll information.
  • Develop, edit, and distribute the firm's newsletter to enhance internal communication.
  • Collaborate with HR, Firm Management, and Tax teams to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in core HR functions such as benefits administration, recruiting, or employee relations is preferred.
