We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Rehab RN Clinic Lead to join our team at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital. As a key member of our cardiac rehab team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the cardiac rehab team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient care requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.

Requirements:

  • Current TX RN License
  • BSN from accredited University preferred
  • BLS/ACLS
  • Cardiac Rehab and/or Outpatient clinic experience preferred
  • Critical care experience strongly preferred
