Automotive Repair Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team as a Lead Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, leading a team of technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including brake, exhaust, and electrical systems.
- Lead a team of technicians to achieve high-quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical diagnoses and repairs in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Assist fellow technicians and mechanics as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive repair and diagnosis.
- 4 or more ASE certifications (A4, A5, and 2 from A1, A6, A7, A8, or L1).
- Section 609 certification required.
- State Inspection license if applicable.
- High level of motivation, energy, and customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
- Availability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Frequent standing and walking for long periods.
- Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting.
- Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment.
- Enter and locate information on computer.
- Present information to small and large groups.
- Visually verify information, often in small print.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle.
