Compensation Package
The annual salary range for this position is estimated at $59,893.20 - $87,761.60, based on an hourly rate of $28.96 - $41.82 per hour, with pay adjusted according to years of licensure experience.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at OSF HealthCare, you will play a vital role in protecting, promoting, and restoring health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure.
You will collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum, assess and support physical symptoms, and provide psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to mentor assigned team members, promote best practices, and maintain a professional disposition at all times.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid IL or MI RN license
- American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• BSN degree
• 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
• Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
• Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites
