About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in coordinating disaster response efforts. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering and redirecting incoming calls, taking new loss information, prioritizing new losses, scheduling service crew appointments as needed, and performing basic office duties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer and re-direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Take accurate and detailed new loss information from customers.
  • Prioritize new losses based on urgency and importance.
  • Schedule service crew appointments as needed to ensure timely responses to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team's operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or dispatch roles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and multi-line phone systems.
  • Positive and energetic attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
