Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our experienced therapists to provide personalized rehabilitation services to patients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and progress, documenting results accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of patients' treatments, including progress notes and any challenges encountered.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between treatment sessions.
Requirements
  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Experience with exercise-based and manual therapy techniques.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Idaho.
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
